**YOUR TASKS**
- You are a digital sales product manager across multiple brands and credit products
- You are on top of your numbers - reviewing data, creating deep-dives and management presentations
- You understand sales funnel management & continually drive optimization initiatives
- You understand retail risk management and how it affects affordability/lending criteria and drive initiatives to optimize funded volumes
- You understand the end-to-end process of a product flow and continuously seek to optimize them
- You are excited by the prospect of developing digital products and supporting the next generation of products and optimization initiatives
- You are working in a challenging, high-performing environment focused on execution & results

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have experience in digitals sales with a track record of performance in the financial services sector
- You can work on multiple initiatives in parallel
- You are self-directed and look for opportunities / solutions
- You understand how to prioritize and block out distractions
- You are curious about psychology and persuasion
- You must be detail oriented and have a strong memory
- You like working under pressure
- You are fluent in English

Technical skills
- Experienced user of BI Tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- JavaScript knowledge is an advantage
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge is mandatory

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 32.825,94 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
