The International People Partner maintains a strong connection between RBI Head office and several subsidiary banks, acting as a single point of contact to HR Leaders, Expatriates and the respective Boards of Management.

**What you can expect**:

- Build a strong partnership with HR Heads, Expatriates and Board Members of RBI’s international subsidiary banks in the countries of your responsibility
- Process owner of management contract prolongations, terminations and succession planning process
- Collaborate with our executive recruiting expert on hirings for international executive positions in RBI Group
- Support the group-wide succession management process for the assigned subsidiary banks
- Build a good understanding of local talent pipelines and succession plans
- Consult with internal partners within and beyond the division on a wide range of international HR topics
- Drive mobility initiatives and ensure a smooth employee experience for expatriates
- Participate and work with local HR teams in international HR projects (including but not limited to M&A-related projects)
- Build a well-connected HR community by fostering exchange among local HR Heads on strategic topics in different formats

**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of HR, business and/ or learning partnering in an international company
- Proven track-record in advising senior leaders on people matters, preferably in CEE context
- Highly collaborative and open to build relationships internally and externally
- Passioned for our company values: collaboration, proactivity, learning and responsibility
- Proactive team-player personality with a high level of commitment and “hands-on” attitude
- Motivated to take responsibility
- You exhibit high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Readiness to travel (up to 10% of working time)
- Excellent command of English; CEE language skills are an advantage
