Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen **Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits (all genders).**

**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser vielseitigen Rolle betreust du Projekte im Bereich Compensation & Benefits und verantwortest die Teilnahme an externen Gehaltsstudien.
- Die Administration und laufenden Änderungen in deinem Bereich zählen ebenso wie die Entwicklung bzw. Ausarbeitung von Gehaltsbändern zu deinen Tätigkeiten.
- Weiters begleitest du die jährlichen Gehaltsanpassungs
- und Prämienprozesse.
- Zudem bist du für das laufende Reporting (monatliche, quartal
- bzw. jährliche Auswertungen von HR Kennzahlen, Ad Hoc Auswertungen, HR Planning, Budgetthemen) zuständig.
- Die Optimierung von Benefit-Programmen runden dein Tätigkeitsfeld ab.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Fokus im Personalwesen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, SAP von Vorteil
- Teamplayer mit Hands-On-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten (Deutsch
- und Englisch)
- Eigenständigkeit und analytisches Denken
