Senior Compensation

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and line managers on compensation matters
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Monitor market trends and best practices to recommend improvements or modifications to compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in global HR projects, such as job architecture design or HR system implementations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and market trends
- Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary review processes (Willis Towers Watson)
- Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and administration for Europe and USA
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Tables, Power Query,...)
