**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Support and implementation of the agile business strategy
- Change of projects from traditional to agile ways of working and Implementation of methods such as Kanban with project team members
- Elaboration of processes incl. understanding of complex interrelationships in an international project business
- Moderation of meetings and retrospectives within the organization
- Training of employees in the methods applied methods

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Completed technical or commercial studies
- Project experience in industry
- Very good methodological knowledge of agile approach, additional trainings advantageous (Flight Levels, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
- Knowledge in the area of moderation
- Knowledge or experience in the area of change management or conflict management
- German or English fluently
