We are looking for Drives Project Engineering Manager based in Vienna, Austria

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Drives projects (traction motor, gearbox and coupling) for railway rolling stock.
- Contributes to or leads innovation / R&D topics and cooperates with universities.
- Responsible for concept design of traction drives.
- Control the engineering activities (project plan, budget, risk).
- Manage the validation of the product (simulations, testing).
- Requirements management and interface definition.
- Organization and implementation of the gate relevant reviews.

Knowledge & Experience
- Master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Min 3 years of experience in electric machines or mechanical drive systems beneficial.
- Organization of teams and structured working.
- Perfect German and English language skills.

The minimum salary for this position is € 3.700 gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
