The Harisch Hotel family also includes five restaurants and a bar, which are among the best establishments in Kitzbühel. Almost all of our establishments are located in the Kitzbühel vacation region. **We are currently looking for a Coodinator (M/F/d) for the area of "Individual Reservations" and "Groups & Events Reservations" for our overarching reservations department in the Corporate Office of Harisch Hotels Kitzbühel.
**What is there to do?**:
**Individual Reservations**:

- Processing and managing all incoming booking requests (telephone, mail, system) for our 5 hotels
- Active sales of the hotel services offered and sale of available rooms
- Creating and sending individual and package offers using the ReGues correspondence system
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with the reception teams Communicating all relevant information to the relevant colleagues and departmentsReceiving and processing inquiries and reservations in the Groups & Events department

**Groups & Events reservations**:

- Selling events and room allotments including all processes, from customer inquiries, preparing quotations, drawing up contracts and detailed agreements to invoicing
- Acquisition of new customers and events in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales departments
- Presentation of Harisch Hotels in all telephone, written and personal contacts with potential, former and existing customers
- Monitoring, ensuring, quality control and professional handling of a smooth event process
- Handling daily tasks with the help of the correspondence system "Reguest" and our internal hotel system "Fidelio"
- Communication and coordination with all involved departments and external services Supporting the reservations team for individual reservations as required

**What should you bring with you?**:

- First professional experience in sales
- Relevant training and professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a committed, independent and structured way of working
- Strong organizational skills
- New ideas to improve quality
- High level of cooperation and commitment
- Confident in using the MS Office package
- Very good language skills in German and English... and above all a love of the job

**We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.**:
