Die Rail Cargo Austria AG sucht ab sofort eine:n umsetzungsstarke:n **Leiter:in Corporate Development & Strategy**.

**Ihr Job**
- In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den Vorstand der Rail Cargo Group.
- Dabei verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Geschäfts
- und Produktionsmodellen.
- Eine federführende Funktion bei wichtigen, bereichsübergreifenden strategierelevanten Projekten und M&A-Projekten nehmen Sie ein.
- Weiters übernehmen Sie die zentrale Koordination aller strategischen Projekte und Initiativen.
- Sie sind für das Monitoring und für die Nachverfolgung der aus Strategieumsetzung im Rahmen des ÖBB-Konzernprojekts „Nordstern“ verantwortlich.
- Die Erstellung und Steuerung des Projekt-Portfoliomanagements der Rail Cargo Group und die Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Standards in der Projektabwicklung, Projektcontrolling sowie Projektreporting liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung und laufende Betreuung des Steuerungsmodells der Rail Cargo Group sowie für den Team-Ziel-Dialog in der Rail Cargo Group verantwortlich.
- Strategische und projektmäßige Begleitung bei der Erschließung von neuen Märkten, neuen Vertriebskanälen und innovativen Geschäftsmodellen sowie die Weiterentwicklung und laufende Anpassung der Geschäftsfeldstrategien verantworten Sie.
- Die Repräsentation der Rail Cargo übernehmen Sie sowohl im Konzern als auch außerhalb des Konzerns bei europäischen Partner:innen und aktive Forcierung des Stakeholder:innenmanagements.

**Ihr Profil**
- Einen einschlägigen Hochschulabschluss (Master oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) und mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung bringen Sie mit.
- Sie sind eine überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Dabei besitzen Sie eine fundierte Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter:innenführung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projekt
- & Portfoliomanagement und Prozessmanagement können Sie vorweisen.
- Weiters haben Sie Erfahrung mit Strategieprozessen und der Strategieumsetzung in großen Konzernen.
- Sie arbeiten selbständig sowie eigenverantwortlich und bringen Begeisterung für die Gestaltung der Bahn
- und Logistikbranche mit - bevorzugt mit Branchenerfahrung.
- Zu Ihren Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten zählen Beharrlichkeit, Lösungsorientierung, Umsetzungsstärke, Flexibilität und analytische Kompetenzen in komplexen Umwelten und unter sich ändernden Rahmenbedingungen.
- Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Kund:innen
- und Serviceorientierung.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher).
