Our solutions enable organizations across the world and across industries to safely share big data assets, internally as well as externally, while keeping the privacy of their customers fully protected. We are rapidly growing our customer base and in order to support this we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive (DACH) to join our team.
Who You Are
You are a sales expert with proven track record in Enterprise Software in financial services, banking or insurance. You know how large enterprises in these industries work. You know how these enterprises are working with data today, what systems they use, etc. You are excited about building strong relationships with customers and solving challenging problems. You have a desire to close deals and work in a high-paced, high-rewarding sales environment. You speak fluently German and call Austria, Germany, or Switzerland your home.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead commercial growth by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects
- Increase sales volume by acquiring new clients in the DACH market
- Improve our offering by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
- Manage account relationships and processes from A-Z: discovery, initial offering phase, POC phase, on-boarding phase, and up-selling.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience working in Enterprise Sales for Software
- Deep understanding for our target industries and how data is used
- Proven track record of sales success
- Demonstrated success of building relationships at various management levels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly energetic personality with a "can do/ get things done" attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals and growing pipeline simultaneously
- Results-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in Europe
- Fluent in German and English
- Must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment
