We are rapidly growing our customer base and in order to support this we are looking for a Mid Market Sales Executive to join our team.
Who You Are
You are a sales expert with proven track record and extensive insight and experience in the entire sales cycle for Mid Market Software sales across various industries. This sales experience must have been in a high growth, proactive, technology-based environment that requires senior level client contact, and you have the ability to take ownership of your book of business, are the voice of the customer contributing to product feedback.

**Responsibilities**
- The successful individual will have the opportunity to support our company’s vision for transformation to a high impact, solution sales approach;
- Lead commercial growth by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects
- Increase sales volume by acquiring new Mid Market clients, and take ownership of your book of business
- Improve our offering by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
- Manage account relationships and processes from A-Z: discovery, initial offering phase, POC phase, on-boarding phase, and up-selling
- You are the voice of the customer contributing to product feedback.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience working in Mid Market Sales for Software
- Deep understanding for our target industries and how data is used
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly energetic personality with a "can do/ get things done" attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals and growing pipeline simultaneously
- Results-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in Europe
- Fluent in German and English
- Must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment
