**What you’ll do;**

In this role you will be responsible for all commercial, customer related activities in your region, including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional stakeholder relationship management.

You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales Force Leadership. In this role you will be field based with strong ties to Field Force Leadership and in office support functions.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Acquiring and leveraging a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
- Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
- Utilize marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and Face to face communication
- Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
- Work in close co-operation with the regional and national sales team to support therapy area business objectives and facilitate account centred planning and implementation of tactics
- Develops ideas in co-operation with customers and execute customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways

**Essential for the role**:

- Demonstrated pharma sales and/or marketing experience
- Able to showcase patient centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
- Good strategic and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with different commercial and digital channels
- Gaining access via multiple selling channels
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Open mindset and using new approaches to support business growth (e.g. virtual interactions, usage of all digital channels)
- Ready to move outside of the comfort zone by proactively seeking coaching and feedback from others
- Good knowledge in market ethical rules
- Fluency in German and good understanding of English
