Als Mitarbeiter/-in im technischen Kundensupport für unsere Business Unit Solar Energy startest du nach einem gut begleiteten Onboarding-Prozess am Standort Wels anschließend als Teil vom „Wir“ entweder in Wels oder in Graz - je nachdem wo deine persönliche Präferenz liegt.

Dein Job:
Ein Kunde hat eine spezielle Anforderung (z.B. die Planung eines Photovoltaik-Systems mit Speicherlösung) oder benötigt Hilfe bei einer Anlage. Solche und ähnliche technische Support-Anfragen erhältst du täglich - mit der Mission, diese bestmöglich zu lösen. Das meiste erledigst du rasch per Mail und telefonisch auf Deutsch oder Englisch. Zudem kümmerst du dich um Anfragen unserer Tochtergesellschaften und unterstützt als technische Ansprechperson bei Kundenseminaren und Messen. Im Detail erwarten dich in dieser Position folgende spannende Aufgaben:
- Ansprechperson für technische Fragen sowie Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden (bspw. Elektroinstallateure und Fronius System Partner/-innen)- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen- Aufbau von Testanlagen sowie Unterstützung bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios- Abhaltung von internen/externen Trainings und Schulungen- Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen sowie Unterstützung bei Fach
- und Hausmessen

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder IT)- Idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung im technischen Support/Kundensupport- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung- Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise- Begeisterung für erneuerbare Energie- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie versierte Englischkenntnisse- Fundierte EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro
- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.251,09 und € 4.105,17 - bei uns gibt es mehr. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
