**About us**:
Livin Farms is an internationally oriented, fast-growing young company. We commercialise and develop products and technologies for the next generation of agriculture: insect farming. Our core product, Hive PRO Insect Factory is a turn-key solution for the food, feed and recycling industries. Seeded with Seedlings (baby larvae), Hive PROs turn industrial quantities of organic products into insect products that our customers market in the animal feed market.

**General Goal of the Role**

Responsible for the technical development and execution of projects in the commissioning, maintenance and repair of an insect factory (climate chamber with ventilation, animal feed machinery, etc) with responsibility over the technical team in the workshop.

**Key Activities of the Role**
- Lead a technical team of 3-5 experts in mechatronics, welding, electrical and automation
- Participate on Hands on workshop tasks together with the team
- Monitor small and medium repairs, maintenance work, maintenance measures and related projects
- Proactively identify mechanical/electrical problems, being responsible for finding and implementing the most suitable solution
- Develop maintenance protocols
- Plan budget for technical requirements
- Responsible for Quality control and process documentation
- Assembly and install new machines and industrial equipment
- Modificate, repair and mantain machines and industrial plants
- Excecute Administrative activities such as team, organizational and technical management of the workshop
- Organize work processes in the workshop area
- Execute team allocation as well as continuous further development of the assigned team

**Your Profile**:

- Completed training as an electronics/electrical/mechatronics/construction machine technician and/or electrical/mechanical engineer or master craftsman (M/F/d) or comparable
- +5 years of comparable work experience
- Team leadership experience + Hands on experience
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects and teams
- Project management
- Autonomy by working in Customer
- and quality-oriented projects, not only technically but also organizationally.
- Structured working style related to time management, self-discipline and assertiveness
- Main competences: Problem solver mindset, Adaptability, Autonomy, Customer orientation, excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, flexibility and resilience.
- MS Office skills/Google suite is a plus
- Basic english is a plus

Mandatory information in Austria: The gross-salary for this position is EUR 3500.

We’re willing to overpay, depending on your professional work experience and qualification.
