Tasks

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work with the local Director Operational Excellence and other leaders to develop business strategies and to properly select and scope improvement projects and initiatives.
- Participate in the development and improvement of training and tools Six Sigma and LEAN and coordinates training requirements on site and/or Europe.

**Requirements**:

- University degree (preferably chemistry, chemical engineering) or equivalent education.
- Extensive track of experience in a key continuous improvement (KVP) role.
- Proven track of record and/or certification as Black Belt (optionally Green Belt certification supported by extensive track of working experience in this area)
- Advanced Skills with Continued Improvement Six Sigma & LEAN tools (incl. Statistical Tools like Control Charts, Hypothesis Tests, Regression)
- Strong interpersonal skills, personal presence and sound appearance in front of teams from shop floor to Senior Management.
- Excellent German and English skills.
