Ihre Aufgaben:

- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketing
- und Datenverwaltungstools (ERP-System, Websites, Lernplattform, Newslettersystem,)
- Verantwortlich für den optimalen Einsatz der vorhandenen Software
- Selbständige Erforschung der in den Systemen vorhandenen Funktionen und Prüfung auf deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen
- Koordination von IT-Projekten
- Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeiter:nnen, internen und externen IT-Partnern
- Verfassen von Lastenheften und Dokumentationen
- Support und Schulung der AnwenderInnen
- Mitarbeit an Software-/ Releasetests

Ihr Profil:

- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für IT-Systeme und Geschäftsprozesse
- Prozessorientiertes und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Sehr gute Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Strukturierte und verständliche schriftliche Ausdrucksweise (Deutsch & Englisch)
- Selbstständigkeit und Ausdauer bei der Analyse von Problemen und Anforderungen
