**Head of Accounting Austria (f/m/d)**:
In this role you will ensure the effective management of all general ledger, cash transactions, and employee reimbursement operations. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to nurture and expand the capabilities of the accounting team, fostering growth and development.

**Your Responsibilties**:

- Ensuring accounting practices adhere to both legal regulations and company policies
- Consistent system monitoring to ensure data consistency within utilized software
- Overseeing and coordinating month-end closing and reporting within deadlines
- Handling SAP closings and inter-company reconciliations, provide financial reports that are generated with precision and in time
- Ensure a seamless interface between BUI, Accounting and Corporate Finance
- Enhancing and developing efficient accounting processes
- Leading, training and fostering the growth of the Accounting Austria Team

**Your Profile**:

- Completed University Degree in Finance/Accounting and ACCA qualification
- High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production)
- Familiarity with SAP (ERP, BPC, BW)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong business and technical understanding and passion for technology
- Ability to stay focused and perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Fluent English and German language knowledge

In accordance with the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, we advise that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.218;
- Euro. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
