**What you will do**:

- Lead role in managing compensation programs and processes such as salary review process, variable compensation programs
- Analyze compensation data, external benchmarks and design of pay structures
- Manage compensation & benefits related projects in Switzerland and international subsidiaries
- Create documents that serve as a basis for decision making of senior management or executive board
- Deputy function of the Head HR Reward

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a significant experience in managing compensation programs and processes, preferably in a bank or commodity trading environment
- You have a good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data
- You have a collaborative working style
- You design and run processes involving several stakeholders
- You have advanced excel skills / knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- You have good verbal and written English language skills / German is an advantage
