**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Financial Head (f/m/d) of Overhead Lines Services (SIEAERO) you willtake business responsibility for all commercial aspects of a new and integratedbusiness in the transmission industry. You will work in a corporate start-upenvironment, setting the commercial course for business ramp-up needs,implementing structures and processes whilst developing a digital service.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Developing new services for the power transmission markets based onstate-of-the-art processes such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum
- Taking responsibility for all commercial aspects of a corporate start upfrom PPM, PLM, R&D to full operations
- Designing an ecosystem for tender & execution in co-creation withcustomers
- Acting as the critical challenger, giving new impulses and differentperspectives based on your in-depth commercial knowledge in startupsurroundings, understanding of customer structures, funding aspects andbusiness model needs
- Together and as partner with your technical counterpart: Leading andgrowing our team

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as BusinessAdministration or similar
- Proven experience in commercial roles in the transmission industry or arelated field, with a strong track record of developing and executing businessstrategies
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the abilityto serve as the financial head
- Mindset embracing customer focus, innovation and pro-activeness
- Spike in leading people in a disruptive business, being a strongnetworker
- Ability and willingness to accept the uncertainties of drivinginnovation in a disruptive working environment
