- This position is located in the CEE Hub business area, which is based in Vienna. In this function you will be supporting our Procurement and Logistics department in different processes and will be able to get deep insights in both departments.
- You will be supporting end-to-end procurement process and well as ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The specialist will also assist the logistics team to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Central supply of indirect goods & services for all internal business partners
- Realization of savings potentials, optimization of costs (within given budgets) considering trends, innovations and especially sustainability - by establishing/expanding and using existing networks
- Systematic management of main suppliers and service providers in terms of conditions, service level and sustainability as part of supplier qualification, including supplier evaluation and development
- Complexity reduction through continuous optimization and further development of processes, systems, and procedures as well as the supplier and service provider portfolio in responsibility
- Request for quotations and operational processing of orders
- Reporting activities & data preparation
- Invoicing
- Filing and Master data maintenance

**Skills, competencies and experience**:

- Completed Commercial/Business education
- Preferably some professional experience in procurement and/or logistics
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of reliability and service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal skills both English and German
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
