**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintain an efficient and effective system for managing the Recruitment and Admissions inboxes, ensuring that all queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Edit and send admission documents to successful applicants, ensuring that all required materials are included and accurate.
- Support both the Student Recruitment Advisors and Admission Coordinators with suitable daily tasks

**Your profile**:

- University degree or equivalent.
- Ideally a minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German is an asset.
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Valid work permit in Austria.
