We are looking for a

**Brand Manager(M/F/d) Rare Diseases**

in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

Our Brand Manager (M/F/d) Rare Diseases is responsible of our HAE portfolio (Cinryze, Firazyr and Takhzyro).

**Your tasks in detail**:

- Collect and identify customer insights and undertake market analysis for a broad understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors
- Develop and implement the (omnichannel) marketing strategy, operational mix and tactics based on customer and market insights
- Create tactical plans and maximize the full use of all channels leveraging digital marketing opportunities in line with the portfolio strategy
- Plan and develop customer journey driven omnichannel campaigns, leveraging digital marketing opportunities in line with the portfolio strategy and in close collaboration with OCE lead
- Develop and deliver brand and disease awareness communication assets, campaigns and key solutions for different external target groups incl usage of personas
- Clear understanding of the disease environment and close monitoring of environmental changes and competitor activities in order to adjust plans and tactics
- Forecasting, risk profiling & tracking of product sales and expenses, managing promotional budgets
- Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration and alignment with the extended brand team (Market Access, Medical Department, Sales Force, Strategy & Innovation, Patient Advocacy, Patient Services and other relevant stakeholders)
- High interest and ability to establish and use agile ways of working in teams
- Facilitate innovative thinking, experimenting and creative solution-oriented approaches
- Close collaboration and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders to develop and implement customer initiatives and services

**Your profile**:

- Certified pharmaceutical representative or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of work experiences as a commercial or marketing or brand manager or account manager or equivalent within pharmaceutical industry or healthcare (e.g. hospital or speciality care)
- Experience in Hematology is preferred
- Experience of working in a cross functional environment is preferred
- Facilitate innovative thinking, experimenting and creative solution-oriented approaches and customer-oriented
- Open to implement and use digital channels and to embrace new challenges and view new topics as a learning opportunity
- High interest and ability to establish and use agile ways of working in teams
- Proficient in German and very good in English
- Driving license B

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 4,104.49 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
