Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Österreich besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Position:
**Medical Advisor Hematology (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau von Netzwerken, Pflege von Beziehungen mit relevanten Expert:innen (Meinungsbilder:innen) und Kliniken sowie akademischen Zentren in Gesamtösterreich
- Aneignung fundierter Kenntnisse und regelmäßige Weiterbildung in den Ihnen zugeordneten Indikationen der Onkologie
- Expert:in und Ansprechperson für medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen und Anfragen von Stakeholdern, Kliniken und akademischen Zentren innerhalb des Ihnen zugeordneten Gebietes. (mind. 30% Reisetätigkeit)
- Wissenschaftlicher Austausch und medizinische Betreuung von Hemato-Onkolog:innen entsprechend der Aktivitäten und Ziele im Sinne der Medical Strategie und in cross-funktionaler Abstimmung im Team (z.B. Fortbildungs-Aktivitäten, Fachvorträge)
- Führen von qualitativ hochwertigen projektbezogenen und studienbezogenen Gesprächen mit Health Care Professionals zur Umsetzung von gemeinsamen Projekten
- Kompetente Beantwortung medizinischer und wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen in Ihrem Therapiegebiet
- Aufbereitung von Studien
- und Datenmaterial, Bereitstellung von wissenschaftlichen Vorträgen und medizinischen Ausbildungsprogrammen sowie Teilnahme an internationalen Kongressen und Initiierung von Aktivitäten wie z. B.: Advisory Boards
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie im crossfunktionalen Team sowie die Erstellung und Umsetzung des medizinischen Aktivitätenplans Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Außendienst und im Brand Team hinsichtilch medizinischer Belange

**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtungen
- Berufserfahrung im klinischen oder wissenschaftlichen Umfeld bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position in der pharmazeutischen Industrie vorzugsweise im Bereich Medical Affairs oder als CRA bzw. in einer ähnlichen Position
- Erfahrung in der Hämatologie bzw. Onkologie wünschenswert
- Hoher Grad an Selbstorganisation, Pioniergeist und Zielstrebigkeit
- Hands-on-Mentalität, innovatives strategisches Denken sowie eine proaktive, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Kund:innen
- sowie Patient:innen-orientierung
- Starke Fähigkeiten im Netzwerken und engagiertes Auftreten
- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer im cross-funktionalen Team
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein B
