The position of **Sales & Applications Manager** will further increase our growing business of FT-IR, FT-NIR and Raman instrumentation in Austria, and will also support international projects.

**Tasks/Responsibilities**
- You lead sales projects for FT-IR, FT-NIR and Raman spectroscopy systems
- You take responsibility for the full sales process from first contact until implementation
- You will train our customers and provide valuable technical and applicative support
- You will support our sales organization in Latin America
- You define promotional activities in cooperation with our local team, and consequently put them into action
- You prepare and conduct product demos, give presentations, and participate in targeted customer events
- You will actively support the sales process of international projects
- You visit our facilities in Europe to be trained on a regular basis

**Qualifications**
- You have completed a master’s degree or PhD in natural sciences or technology
- Knowledge of FT-IR or NIR spectroscopy will give you a head start
- You have been working in industrial sales for 3 to 5 years
- You are highly motivated to learn, and able to structure complex commercial scenarios
- You are precise, punctual, reliable, fast, and you don’t take no for an answer
- Your open personality enables you to professionally and efficiently communicate with customers
- You are fluent in German and English (written and oral), Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
- You are keen to travel at least 50% of your monthly working time
- A valid Austrian driver’s license class B is mandatory
