Zur Führung eines Teams von 30 Mitarbeitern bestehend aus KFZ-Mechanikern, Fahrzeugzustellern, Logistikern und Produktfotografen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Head of Product Management (f/m/d).

Aufgaben
- Skalierung der ehrgeizigen Unternehmensziele in messbare Daten für Logistik und Production (KPIs), Entwicklung und Realisierung von Aktionsplänen und lokale Initiativen, um diese zu erreichen
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs durch Aufbau, Entwicklung und Steuerung von Prozessen
- Optimierung und Verbesserung der Produktions
- und Lagerkapazitäten mit hauseigener Flotte für ein perfektes End-to-End-Liefererlebnis aller Kunden
- Aufbau und Pflege neuer

Geschäftsbeziehungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und Vereinbarungen mit neuen
Partnern und Drittanbietern
- Aufbau und Etablierung eines Car Refurbishment Centers in der Slowakei
- Schnittstelle zum Headquarter in Deutschland und zu Abteilungen in ganz Europa

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche und/oder technische Ausbildung, Studium von Vorteil (e.g. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Skalierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen sowie in der Führung von größeren Teams
- Starke organisatorische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Technisches Know-how und Erfahrung im Fabriksaufbau (B2B-Werkstatt)
- Logistik-Background von Vorteil sowie Erfahrung mit Autofirmen, Zulieferern, OEM’s und Werkstattindustrie
- Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit, analytisch, ergebnisorientiert und verhandlungsstark
- Leidenschaft für Autos und die Start-Up Branche
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch, Slowakisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
