**About this opportunity**

As the **HR Advisor (M/F/d)** you will be base based in our **Vienna **office, support the Cubicure GmBH business and report to the Sr. HR Manager DACH.

This is a hands-on role and we are looking for a person who is flexible, enjoy a fast paced, ever-changing business, capable of managing multiple demands and priorities. The incumbent of the position is responsible for the implementation and timely completion of all the HR processes within assigned employee group. In addition, this person coaches people managers in realizing their business plan by translating it into organizational initiatives and HR projects that add value to the business’ performance.

**In this role, you will**
- Act as the trusted single point of contact for employees and management
- Actively support all company HR processes and employee life cycle events
- Provide direction to employees and mid-management regarding to Company policy and guideline interpretation
- Collaborate closely with other HR functions within the Company.
- Respond, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and advising how to handle
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Develop and maintain written resources such as Handbooks, Guides, Newsletters, Policy Documentation, Employees communications, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation meetings
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain relationship with external vendors
- Actively participate on the global and local HR projects implementation

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of HR experience ideally from a HR Generalist position.
- Knowledge in Austrian Labor Law & Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Good communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Growth mindset
