**Wien/München, 26. Januar 2023.** Der österreichische Webtracking
- und Data-Compliance-Spezialist JENTIS expandiert nach Deutschland. Mit München als zweitem Unternehmensstandort neben Wien ist das jüngst vom Europäischen Institut für Innovation und Technologie (EIT) ausgezeichnete Tech-Scaleup nur zwei Jahre nach seinem Markteinstieg jetzt auch vor Ort im deutschen Markt vertreten.

Für die Leitung des deutschen Tochterunternehmens konnten Klaus Müller und Thomas Tauchner, Co-CEOs von JENTIS, einen renommierten Branchenkopf aus dem dortigen Markt gewinnen: Jürgen Weichert, Digitalspezialist und Vermarktungsexperte mit langjähriger Managementerfahrung, verantwortet seit November als Geschäftsführer von JENTIS Deutschland den Auf
- und Ausbau des Deutschlandgeschäfts und des neuen Standortes an der Isar. Weichert, der vom Consent-Management-Plattform-Anbieter Usercentrics zu JENTIS gewechselt ist, übernimmt zudem im Top-Management von JENTIS die Position des Chief Revenue Officers (CRO).

Mit seiner Server-Side Trackingtechnologie zur Optimierung der First-Party-Datenqualität und Sicherstellung der Datenschutzkonformität beim Einsatz nichteuropäischer Marketinglösungen besetzt JENTIS eines der zentralen Wachstumsfelder im Daten
- und Digitalgeschäft. Zu den Kunden des Tech-Pioniers zählen u.a. Data Guard, Erste Bank, Giesswein, Heise Verlag, Humanic, Österreich Werbung, Pixum, Santander Consumer Bank und Schweiz Tourismus.

Für den deutschen Markt hat JENTIS ambitionierte Wachstumspläne. Neben dem Aufbau eines lokalen Vertriebs-, Beratungs
- und Serviceteams, das bis Mitte 2023 zehn Spezialisten umfassen soll, sowie dem Ausbau der Kundenbasis steht auch der Rollout und die Skalierung des JENTIS Partnerprogramms im Fokus der Deutschlandagenda.

Mit Jürgen Weichert (51) hat JENTIS einen versierten Vermarktungs
- und Business-Development-Experten mit umfangreicher strategischer wie operativer Managementerfahrung für die Geschäftsführung seiner Deutschland-Tochter gefunden. Der gebürtige Mannheimer blickt auf eine über 20-jährige internationale Karriere in der Digital
- und Tech-Branche, auch als Gründer und Unternehmer, zurück. Zu den Stationen seiner beruflichen Laufbahn zählen u.a. Führungspositionen im Vertrieb von asknet und als Geschäftsführer von deal united.

Bei Google trug er zunächst als Head of DACH & Nordics und dann als Head of Strategic Partner Development EMEA maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen Wachstum des Technologieunternehmens in neuen Geschäftsfeldern und Märkten bei. Vor seinem Wechsel zu Jentis war Weichert als Chief Revenue Officer und Geschäftsführer für Usercentrics tätig und verantwortete dort u.a. den Vertrieb, die strategischen Partnerschaften und die Erschließung neuer Märkte sowohl national als auch international.

Schwerpunkt von Weicherts Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer von JENTIS Deutschland und CRO von JENTIS wird die Gestaltung der Go-To Market-Strategie und die weitere Internationalisierung des Software-as-a-Service-Geschäfts (SaaS) in Europa und darüber hinaus sein. Außerdem wird er die Repräsentanz und das Engagement von JENTIS in Branchenverbänden wie dem Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) stärken.
