**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ready to lead the charge in demand generation? As our Demand Generation Director, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. You'll lead a diverse team of marketers in crafting multi-channel campaigns for both self-serve and sales that power revenue growth. Your mission? Exceed sales targets, collaborate closely with leadership, and execute demand-generation initiatives. Seamless teamwork with cross-functional partners is key, as is analyzing data for continuous improvement. Your budget management expertise will be crucial in achieving our sales goals.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **8+ years' experience.** You bring B2B marketing experience, ideally in a growing international SaaS company, at Director level or similar.
- ** Growth achievements.** You have a track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets (MQL, SQL, PQA, pipeline) and self-serve goals (ICP signups, activated users, paid users, ARR).
- ** GTM** Expertise**. You have a deep understanding of the sales and product-led GTM motions.
- ** Results-Driven**. You're results-oriented and dedicated to achieving strategic goals.
- ** Team Leadership**. You have a proven track record in building and leading growth and demand generation teams, enabling you to confidentially lead and motivate the specialists in your team.
- ** Collaboration Skills**. Your strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills set you apart.
- ** Data-driven.** You’re data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, growth, and retention tactics.
