At Dynatrace, we are creating a** brand new Design System** and we are searching for a curious and creative Senior Visual Designer with a focus on the visual and aesthetic side. You'll join us on an exciting journey, to explore, co-create and validate future concepts of Dynatrace’s **Design Language **making our products the best expression of our brand and ensuring our visual design is best in class.

You will join a global team of about 30 designers & researchers sitting across our R&D labs in Austria, Poland, Spain, and the United States.

Your role
- Contribute to visionary work and idea generation
- Design visual experiences that unify and exemplify the design language
- Know the current trends and where the design market is going
- Unify all visual elements as part of one experience/product character to tell a consistent and compelling visual story

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for a Designer who already worked on **Design Language concepts**
- Know how to balance the best possible outcome with the most efficient way (Not overthinking when the time is not right)
- Ready to go the extra mile and out of your comfort zone to learn new stuff
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English
- Bonus: Visionary concepts portfolio

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according for this position, which is EUR 50,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
