**Helping to give wiiings to our newly developed beverages**:
We are looking for a Systems Team Lead within our Beverage Innovation Compliance & Systems Department located at the international Red Bull Headquarters in Fuschl am See, Austria. In this dynamic position, you are responsible for our systems within the innovation process, which support us in our daily work to bring exciting new products to market. In this role, you will work closely with various internal departments, external partners and IT experts to continuously improve our systems. You will be at the forefront of implementing new data, products and processes.

**PROCESS & TEAM MANAGEMENT**:
You are responsible for the development and continuous improvement of processes & systems to ensure accurate product data. You’ll be actively involved in the evaluation of new system alternatives and provide system support and trainings to all users to enable target-focused work. You’ll manage and develop the Innovation Systems Team (2 direct reports).

**PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT**:
One of your main responsibilities will be the review and maintenance of product data for all relevant materials and recipes to reach the status “ready for implementation”. You’ll work in close coordination and alignment with the product development team to ensure accurate product data during the development phase. You’ll also support the team in creation and maintenance of master data and ensuring that relevant departments have access. You are responsible for the monitoring of data within the system and all process-related requirements. In this dynamic position, you also provide support to the innovation team with queries relating to supplier documents and data.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Degree in food chemistry, food technology, nutritional science or equivalent with relevant experience
- Professional experience in the food industry (or related area in terms of regulatory / analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of systemic product data management
- Experience in leading teams and project management
- Knowledge of handling recipes/specifications and master data management systems
- Knowledge of laboratory practice, analysis, quality assurance in the chemical laboratory
- Logical, analytical and structured way of working
- Teamplayer with enthusiasm, flexibility and strong communication skill
