**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du hast die Möglichkeit, eng mit der Geschäftsführung von Bluecode zusammenzuarbeiten und vielfältige Projekte für diese zu betreuen
- Du bekommst einen tiefen Einblick in die Unternehmensprozesse und unterstützt das Management bei den täglich, anfallenden Tätigkeiten
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung wirst du eigenständig Projekte zu unternehmensweiten Themen aufsetzen und leiten
- Du unterstützen das Managementteam mit der Auswertung von Ergebnissen und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen
- Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für Kalender
- und Zeitmanagement, buchst interne und externe Termine, Reisearrangements und Reiserouten
- Du hilfst bei bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen, wann immer es nötig ist
- Du arbeitest mit einer Vielzahl von Personen auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zusammen und hältst in einem schnelllebigen, anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld strenge Fristen ein.

**Dein Profil**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- 3 - 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up, einem großen Technologieunternehmen oder einer Beratungsfirma.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managementteam von Start-ups oder anderen leitenden Angestellten
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Englisch zusätzlich bevorzugt) mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv über mehrere Unternehmensebenen hinweg zu kommunizieren
- Eigeninitiative, mit der du mit wenig Anleitung Initiativen von Anfang bis Ende vorantreiben kannst
- Aufmerksamkeit für Details und kreatives Denken mit Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Projekte nach Prioritäten zu ordnen, Fortschritte klar zu kommunizieren und pünktlich zu liefern
- Teamplayer mit proaktivem Denken und starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, um in einem kollaborativen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusste Person mit ausgezeichneten Organisations
- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position ein kollektivvertragliches Monatsbruttogehalt lt. IT-Kollektivvertrag EUR 2.635 auf Vollzeitbasis gilt, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
