**Your new responsibilities**:

- Evaluierung von Holdlosen entsprechend OCAP (Out of control action plan) Regeln
- Abarbeitung von Hold‘s bzw. Sperren von Equipment nach vorgegebenen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Maschinenfreigabe nach PM nach vorgegebenen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Disposition entsprechend Pilotwafer Ergebnissen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessingenieuren, Wartung und Produktion
- Dokumentation der Aktivitäten im Promis/Xsite/SPC
- Beurteilung von Messungen und Oberflächeninspektionen (Schichtdicke, MIC, AVI)
- Teilnahme an vordefinierten Meetings
- Mitarbeit in der Produktion

**What we look for**:

- Produktionsmitarbeiter mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der FAB
- Kenntnisse der Prozessflüsse
- Erfahrungen mit Software wie SPC, Xsite, Promis
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb - in allen Schichten (Früh, Spät
- und Nachtschicht) zu arbeiten
- Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Reinraum
- und 5S Vorschriften
- Lernbereitschaft und Problemlösekompetenz
- Flexibel hinsichtlich Veränderungen (u.a. bei Abdeckung oder Prioritäten)
- Teamplayer und kommuniziert proaktiv mit seinem Umfeld
- Umsetzung der “Null-Fehler-Strategie“ und der 5S Methodik
