Position: Recruiter - Pharma/Healthcare

Locations and work model:
Remotely/work from home in UK, Romania, Czech Republic, Italy or France
Or on-site in London, Brixen (Bolzano, Italy), Bordeaux, Prague or Bucharest

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration model: Base salary + commissions

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Pharma/Healthcare industry on the French market
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 French language and C1 English language
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Display strong organizational and administrative skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
