**Job Summary**:
Avantor is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative.

This role will be a full-time position, full time home office in Austria or hybrid in our Vienna office are both possible. If you are passionate about delivering the best service to our customers - let’s talk

**What we’re looking for**
- ** Language**: you are fluent in English and French
- ** Experience**: Customer Service experience is required
- ** Certification(s)**:

- ** Tools**: Knowledge of MS Office and SAP are a strong advantage
- ** Preferred Qualifications**:

- You have completed a commercial training

- You ensure customer orders are processed in a complete, good way
- You communicate and coordinate with customers
- You provide product and delivery information
- You cover the right certificates and all documents relevant to the transport
- You manage delivery dates and complaint management
- You track the shipments
- You cover the required certificates and information when needed
