Grow-Talent.com is collaborating with a leading consultancy firm in the Outsourcing/BPO sector, which is currently seeking to recruit a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto, Portugal.
Key details of the position include:
Position and LocationThe ideal candidate will be based in Porto, Portugal, working as an On-site Customer Service Representative for a fixed term (6 months) with potential extension or permanent contract.
Compensation PackageRemuneration for this role includes a base salary, bonuses, and additional benefits such as relocation support, training, and guidance to reach full potential.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe key duties of the Customer Service Representative involve handling incoming contacts from bank clients via phone, chat, and email. These contacts may pertain to various services, including appointments, income statements, PIN/TAN orders for online banking, implementation of card blocking, mediation between customers and other bank branches, and feedback provision.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service experience, identifying initiatives to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements and SkillsTo succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A native or fluent proficiency in German (C2 level), along with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- The ability to listen actively, identify product/service expertise, explain it clearly, and resolve customer issues in the first contact
- Capacity to handle stressful situations effectively
