**DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG**
- Du bist in erster Linie für die Betreuung der Marke Kneipp und deren Auftritt verantwortlich.
- Du planst und implementierst die Kommunikations
- und Mediastrategie mit Fokus auf digitaler Aktivierung.
- Du identifizierst gerne Wachstums
- und Optimierungspotentiale innerhalb des Sortiments, basierend auf Marktanalysen und bringst unser Portfolio durch Relaunches und Produktneueinführungen zum Wachstum. Du stehst in engen Kontakt mit internen und externen Partnern, wie Vertrieb, unserer DACH Organisation und Agenturen.
- Du erweiterst auch deinen Blickwinkel mit der Marketingsteuerung der Zentral
- und Osteuropäischen Länder.
- Durch direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung kannst du eigenständig zum Erfolg unseres dynamischen und familiären Teams beitragen.

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Du besitzt viel Eigeninitiative, bist innovativ, kreativ und selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt, schätzt partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und möchtest eine starke Marke mit voller Überzeugung vertreten.
- Des Weiteren besitzt du fundierte Kenntnisse über den österreichischen Markt, verfügst über mehrjährige Marketingerfahrung im FMCG-Umfeld (Erfahrung mit Drogeriewaren ein Plus) und bringst ein abgeschlossenes, kaufmännisches Studium mit. Zu deinen Stärken zählen Organisationsgeschick, Endkonsumentenfokus, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein kreatives sowie analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Neben verhandlungssicherem Deutsch kommunizierst du auch gerne auf Englisch.
