**Your Mission**
- You drive our future technical and commercial direction for Data Engineering Services
- You recruit, inspire, and retain exceptional developers, architects, and project managers (10 - 15 employees)
- You grow existing customer relations and drive operational process improvements, together with the leadership team
- You continually align our Data Services portfolio with the needs of our customers

**Your Strengths**
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role or more than 8 years as a Data Engineer (or comparable role) with proven ability to take a leadership position
- You are experienced in recruiting, developing and leading technical team members
- You have a thorough understanding of data engineering development processes and architectures
- You have customer interaction and pre-sales experience
- You have a broad knowledge on cloud, data and development technologies
- You have the ability to understand and explain new trends and emerging methodologies, frameworks and concepts (e.g. Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Lakehouse, CI/CD, DEVOPS, MLOPS)
- You speak fluently in German and English
