**Deine Mission**
- Du entwickelst die technische und kommerzielle Ausrichtung unserer Data Engineering Services weiter
- Du führst und entwickelst ein Teams von Data Engineers, Data Architects und Projektmanager:innen (10-15 Mitarbeitende)
- Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus und verbesserst operative Prozesse gemeinsam mit dem Leadership Team
- Du richtest unsere Services kontinuierlich an die Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden aus
- Du arbeitest mit an internationalen Projekten innerhalb der gesamten Orange Business Service Gruppe

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Data Engineer (oder in einer vergleichbaren Position) mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit, eine Führungsposition zu übernehmen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von Entwicklungsprozessen und Architekturen im Bereich Data Engineering
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und im Pre-Sales
- Du bringst umfassendes Wissen über Cloud-, Daten
- und Entwicklungstechnologien mit
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, neue Trends und Methoden, Frameworks und Konzepte zu verstehen und zu erklären (z. B. Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Lakehouse, CI/CD, DEVOPS, MLOPS)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
