**Your duties & responsibilities**:
The **Strategic Product Manager Sustainability Lidding & Technical Applications** defines and implements sustainable product strategies for the product category Lidding & Technical Applications. In this role you initiate and execute product developments in close cooperation with the corresponding Ecolution Leads and the Strategic Product Managers, act as sustainability expert and are the first contact for Sales and Marketing on sustainability related questions. Amongst the exciting duties and responsibilities are:
- Project Management support for product developments
- Support for “go to market strategy” definition for Ecolutions portfolio
- Transition management for Lidding & Technical Applications product portfolio (Sustainable Product Offering)
- Strategic approach in targeting non-recyclable product segments (Recyclability Assessment)
- “Go to person” for Ecolutions portfolio for different product categories and **all **substrates - alu & film & paper
- Preparation of customer & internal presentations, renderings, one pagers, flyers, LinkedIn campaigns
- Preparation for Webinars
- Representing Cflex at different platforms
- Active participation and encouragement of lobbying and networking activities (e.g. RecyClass, Memberships of aluminum dedicated working groups and commitees as well as networking with companies within that area)
- Definition and initiation of the aluminum roadmap
- Project lead with focus on low-carbon aluminum and responsible sourcing through **ASI**:
- Cflex group wide customer support
- Strategy implementation in terms of responsibility and sustainability for aluminum specifications
- Gather customer needs / advantages for aluminum products
- Go to person for aluminum suppliers
- Monitoring sustainability related developments in terms of innovation and competition
- Internal and external trainings for Sales, PM and Procurement
- Initiation & strengthening of communication with all internal sustainability stakeholders
- Project management of sustainability related tools like:
- MMS tool (main material share)
- cyclosHTP pre-assessment tool for alu specifications
- LCA tool (raw-material estimation)
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or any equivalent study programme
- Excellent technical as well as analythical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- First experience within the packaging industry is appreciated
