Wir bei Too Good To Go träumen von einer Welt, in der produziertes Essen auch konsumiert wird. Wir träumen davon, dass alle beteiligten Akteurinnen und Akteure - Produzenten, Handel, Gastronomie, Haushalte und Politik - am selben Strang ziehen und an einer gemeinsamen Lösung mitwirken.

Innerhalb kürzester Zeit sind wir so zu einem der vielversprechendsten Scale-ups in Europa und Amerika geworden und können uns über geniale Meilensteine freuen: Aktuell beteiligen sich in 17 Ländern insgesamt schon rund 144.000 gastronomische Betriebe und über 53 Mio. Nutzerinnen und Nutzer. Dadurch wurden bereits über 124 Mio. Mahlzeiten gerettet Allein in Österreich konnten wir in den letzten zwei Jahren gemeinsam mit mehr als 4.000 Partnern und über 1 Mio. Nutzerinnen und Nutzern bereits 2,6 Millionen Überraschungssackerl retten.

**Deine Mission**:

- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Organisation unseres Büros in Abstimmung mit unserem globalen Team, tätigst diverse Bestellungen und behältst den Überblick über das gesamte Office Management.
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für unsere externen Partner (wie z.B. Vermieter und Supplier) und als interne Schnittstelle zwischen all unseren Abteilungen.
- Du unterstützt unser People & Culture Team voller Tatendrang bei diversen anfallenden HR-Aufgaben und -Projekten (wie z.B. Umzug in unser neues Office, Employer Branding, DE&I sowie B-Corp Projekte).
- Du bereitest das Onboarding neuer passionierter Waste Warriors vor und leistest damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag, dass sie in ihrer Rolle gut losstarten können.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Rechnungen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind, kümmerst dich um die technische Ausstattung unseres Teams und kannst bei kleinen technischen Stolperfallen weiterhelfen.
- Du organisierst Team-Events, Workshops und Meetings eigenständig, mit Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail und treibst dadurch unsere Kultur wesentlich voran.
- Du fungierst als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu den Themen Büroausstattung und -organisation inklusive Hardware und Technik.
- Du bist aktiv daran beteiligt, unsere Werte im Unternehmen zu leben und kümmerst dich unter anderem um Geburtstage, Jubiläen, Milestone-Celebrations und interne Volunteering days.

- Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich People & Culture und/oder Office Management im Scale-up Umfeld sammeln und verstehst es, Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und sicher in Englisch.
