Then you might be the one we are looking for to join BESTSELLER as our **National Business Trainee starting May 2023**. Take advantage of this great opportunity to use your skills with us.

As a National Business Trainee you will work in the **BESTSELLER head office in Vienna for ONLY.** During the two-year program, the focus is on developing your skills and personality with the goal of being able to take on responsibility for an area after completing the NBT program.

The program includes, among other things, one week in China and two stops at our head office in Denmark - in the first year for an approximate period of 6 months and in the second year for 3 months.

**Start your career in sales as a NBT and work in B2B sales both in Austria and during your stay in Denmark.**

**Start as Sales Support - Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of sales/budget analysis for the sales team.
- First contact for our customers by phone and mail
- Order management
- Updating express/ inventory and collection overviews
- Responsibility for external communication regarding merchandise, assortment changes, etc.
- Creation of personalized mailings and send-outs as well as stock / express offers by phone
- Merchandising the showroom and supporting sales in the showroom as needed
- Handling complaints, returns, etc.

**Over time, the scope of duties expands to include**:

- Attending collection meetings
- Merchandising of the showroom
- Supporting the budget planning
- Sales (by phone and in the showroom)
- Analysis of customer needs and derivation of measures
- Relationship management
- Inventory control
- Order management
- New customer acquisition
- Customer visits
- After-sales processing

Upon completion of the program, we expect you to be able to independently manage your customers, take responsibility for more customers, and be responsible for your own WHS - customers as a Junior Sales Representative.

**Qualifications**:
In addition to a relevant education or practical experience from sales or retail, you are a personality who wants to integrate into an international environment, who is curious and also wants to learn about other cultures. To become a successful NBT at BESTSELLER, it is important that you have the right mix of personal and professional skills and feel ready to take on the responsibility of being an ambassador for BESTSELLER.
- Bachelor's degree or several years of experience in sales or retail, international experience an advantage
- Sales talent paired with economic thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to temporarily integrate abroad
- Analytical skills and aptitude for working with numbers
- Motivated, flexible personality with hands-on mentality
- Flair for dealing with colleagues and customers in a professional manner
- Potential to become a professional business partner
- Passion for fashion
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
