**Deine Aufgaben**:
Die Hardware-Neutralität ist eine besondere Stärke von has-to-be und hat wesentlich zum Geschäftserfolg der vergangenen Jahre beigetragen. Als Hardware Partnerships Manager hast Du die Aufgabe unser Hardware-Zertifizierungsprogramm zu verantworten und mit zertifizierten Partnern Kooperationsmodelle zu erarbeiten. Dabei stehst Du nicht nur in engem Kontakt mit den Herstellern von Ladestationen, sondern arbeitest intern regelmäßig mit den Teams der Software-, Support - und Vertriebs-Abteilung zusammen.
- Ausbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks von qualitativen Hardware-Partnern
- Weiterentwicklung des Hardware-Zertifizierungsprogrammes entsprechend der dynamischen Entwicklung des E-Mobilitäts-Marktes
- Weiterentwicklung eines technischen Service-Konzepts für die Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-Partnern
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeptionierung eines Hardware Test Labs in Radstadt
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Hardware-Partnern zu geplanten Produktneuheiten und allgemeinen Markttrends

**Dein Profil**:
**Das solltest Du als Hardware Partnerships Manager mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (bevorzugt mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt)
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb, Consulting oder vergleichbarem Aufgabenbereich
- Fähigkeit komplexe Projekte abteilungsübergreifend voranzutreiben und erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Erfahrung und Freude an der Auseinandersetzung mit elektrotechnischen Systemen
- Fähigkeit strategische Partnerschaften in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu schließen
- Kooperative Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischer Einstellung, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Berufliche Erfahrungen in der E-Mobilität von Vorteil
