**DIE STELLE**

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n (Senior-) Project Scientist, für unsere Unit Manufacturing Science Cell Culture Downstream. Sie haben einen fundierten Background im Downstream Processing, Freude an der Leitung von Projekten sowie Interesse Prozesse in eine der modernsten Zellkulturanlagen Europas zu transferieren? **Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**
- Fachliche und operative Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Downstream der Manufacturing Science Cell Culture
- Selbständige Planung, Betreuung und Auswertung von Experimenten und Versuchsläufen im Benchscale bis Pilotscale (bis 80L) sowie vollständige Zusammenstellung, Dokumentation und Präsentation der Daten
- Fachliche Planung und Leitung von Prozesstransfers sowie Unterstützung bei Fehler-Ursachen-Untersuchungen
- Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben innerhalb der Unit und in interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Fachliche Anleitung und Koordination der MitarbeiterInnen im Rahmen der Projekttätigkeit sowie AnsprechpartnerIn für KollegInnen und externe PartnerInnen

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes, naturwissenschaftliches Diplom
- oder Masterstudium mit Fokus Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Biochemie (o.ä.) - Doktoratsstudium bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, für Senior Project Scientist Doktoratsstudium und einschlägige Berufserfahrung erforderlich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Fachwissen in der Aufreinigung von (rekombinanten) Antikörpern und/oder therapeutischen Proteinen
- Kenntnisse in Versuchsplanung und Datenauswertung sowie eine selbstständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise, Erfahrung im Prozesstransfer und/oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere, korrespondenzfähige Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsverhalten im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden sowie Freude am Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 54.735,38 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit). Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an branchenüblichen Gehältern, Ihren individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen.
