Our team acts as internal and external legal point of contact for all own issuance transactions and their related legal and documentation matters. We are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiations of all transaction related contracts (prospectus, mandate letters, subscription agreements etc) as well as for managing the coordination process with law firms, authorities and investment banks. Transactions covered by the team range from private placements to international benchmark transactions. We are also responsible for setting up all Erste Group issuance programs including the approval process.
We are a business integrated highly motivated team also driving innovation in the capital markets area.

**Your Tasks**:

- Responsibility for negotiating, reviewing and drafting local and international transaction documents
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders (regulators, lawyers, investors, stock exchanges)
- Providing pro-active approach to new challenges
- Willingness to take responsibility and initiative and demonstrate a solution driven work attitude

**Your Background**:

- You are a professional who gained at least 3 years professional experience in a law firm, bank or an in-house legal department
- You hold a master degree in law or equivalent education or have respective working experience in a banks documentation team
- Interest in capital markets, bonds or investment banking
- Excellent negotiation skills and a professional communication style
- You are committed, flexible and a team player
- Excellent command of German and English

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,04 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
