In der Abteilung **Hydro - Pumps** am Standort **Graz **suchen wir eine:n **Mitarbeiter Commercial Backoffice** (M/F/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Kommerzielle Analyse von Ausschreibungsbedingungen und kommerziellen Bedingungen sowie Führung von kaufmännischen Vertragsverhandlungen
- Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Offer Team bei kaufmännischen Fragen in der Angebotslegung
- Adressierung von kfm. Projekt
- und Auftragsrisiken und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Absicherung
- Koordinierung angebotsbezogener kaufmännischer Aktivitäten mit beteiligten internen Stellen sowie Unterstützung bei Genehmigungsprozessen
- Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung bei kaufmännischen Themen (Claim Management, Zahlungsbesicherungen, etc.)

**Ihr Profil**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Betriebswirtschaft mit Interesse an vertragsrechtlichen Themen)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Fremdsprache (möglichst Französisch) ist von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zu kurzen Dienstreisen

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 3.310,48 / Monat anzuführen.
Wir bieten jedoch auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
