Für unsere innovativen Projekte im InternationalenAnlagenbau suchen wir eine(n) engagierte(n) Commercial Projektmanager(in) mitErfahrung. Der Anstellungsort ist bevorzugt Graz, alternativ Innsbruck oder Linz.
Mit unseren Automated People Mover Projekten fürurbane Ballungszentren und Flughäfen tragen wir wesentlich zur Lösung vonVerkehrs- und Emissionsproblemen bei. Dabei werden Digitalisierungs- Lösungenwie Digital Twin und virtuelle Inbetriebnahme laufend weiterentwickelt. InIhrer künftigen Commercial Projekt Management Aufgabe sind sie für dieAbwicklung und Steuerung des Projektes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischenProjektleiter verantwortlich und managen im Wesentlichen die wirtschaftlichenThemen im Projekt. Dabei stehen Erfahrungsträger, Systematik undProjektmanagement Tools zur Verfügung.
Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:
AlsCommercial Project Manager stellen Sie zusammen mit der technischenProjektleitung die erfolgreiche Abwicklung komplexer Projekte sicher Sieverhandeln eigenständig über die vertraglichen Bestimmungen Ihrer Projekte mitunseren Kunden und betreiben aktives Contract und Claim-Management Siesorgen für Transparenz, indem Sie Ist-Kosten korrekt buchen, Plankostenermitteln und aussagekräftige Berichte erstellen und Sie optimieren dasProjekt-Ergebnis und den Projekt-Cash-Flow Siearbeiten auch bei Angebotsprojekten mit an der Kosten-Kalkulation und stellendie internen Prozesse sicher Siebegleiten und stellen den Einkaufs-Prozess sicher Weiterserarbeiten Sie und stellen das Logistikkonzept im Projekt sicherIhr Profil.
DieBasis Ihres Erfolgs ist eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännischesAusbildung (HAK / FH / Universität) Daraufaufbauend verfügen Sie über solide Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischenProjektmanagement. Siezeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit aus und brennen für IhreProjekte und Kunden. IhrePraxiserfahrung und Ihr Experten-Know-How beinhalten Contract- undClaim-Management sowie Projekt-Controlling und kaufm. Berichtswesen fürein regelmäßiges und aussagekräftiges Management-Reporting Siesind ein Teamplayer. Siehaben Spaß und Interesse an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams Sieverfügen über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, die Sie in eineminternationalen Business Kontext anwendenUnsere Benefits.
