**Your Tasks**:
- ** Recruitment Process**: You manage the entire process - from identifying hiring needs to closing the contract.
- ** Strategic Input**: You contribute to the design, improvement, and implementation of recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives.
- ** Networking**: You build and maintain a network of highly qualified IT talents through networking events.
- ** Collaboration**: You are a part of a dynamic HR team, work closely with business units and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
**Your Qualifications**:
- ** A completed degree or training** in a relevant field
- ** Several years of experience** in in-house recruiting or in a recruitment consultancy
- Experience in **recruiting IT professionals and executives** is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a **structured work approach** and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a **dynamic environment** and **proactive **in your work
- ** IT affinity **and enjoyment in using various IT tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Miro)
- Excellent **German and English** skills
