mohemian is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Innsbruck, that is passionate about crafting sophisticated, maintainable technical solutions. You are the right person if you want to contribute your ideas and strengths to find solutions to existing challenges and to point out new ways for our customers and portfolio companies.
**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time as well as on budget and produce the desired results
- Partner with our product and engineering teams to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Participate in client communication and provide product recommendations
- Glean insights from user and customer data, and use that data to make client recommendations and back future proposals with data
- Establish communication with stakeholders, business partners or internal teams to provide product recommendations and to incorporate their requirements and expectations into the planning process
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Project management of software products with end to end execution
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of mobile trends and industry developments
- Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
- Understanding of agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
- Proven working experience in project management
- Scrum Master and Jira/Confluence experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
