Your Tasks- Lead and execute digitalization projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate, select, and oversee the latest industry trends and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that support our business objectives
- Lead change management efforts for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and widespread adoption of new technologies and processes
- Oversee the management of data quality, security, and privacy within our ERP systems
- Your Profile- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field, with a strong emphasis on ERP implementation and optimization projects, as well as a keen interest in driving digital transformation
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
- Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience leading organizations through significant technological and process changes
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, security, and privacy
- Excellent English and German skills; capable to inspire teams and drive projects to successful completion
