**Role**:
We’re looking for both a leader and a collaborator who can help define what needs to be done and then execute it in an environment characterised by flexibility, data-driven curiosity, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a growth marketing strategy in alignment with marketing and sales leadership to achieve goals that will scale as the business grows.
- Generate leads through digital advertising and multiple techniques
- Collaborate with sales to always improve lead quality
- Collaborate with a Digital Marketing agency to create first class advertising campaigns
- Build lead nurturing campaigns with a high engagement rate
- Set up lead scoring model & refine lead nurturing
- Own and optimize our marketing technical stack
- Collaborate with the content team to guide the acquisition and engagement strategy
- Be an expert on the latest trends, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas and create regular growth marketing experiments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in B2B SaaS
- Experience in real estate, proptech and/ or SaaS would be a plus
- Ability to think strategically while implementing fast and keeping it simple
- Marketing automation and account-based marketing expert
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, milestones and risk factors
- Excellent ability to analyze data and derive data insights for improvement
- Focused on leads, conversions, and business goals
- Able to effectively communicate ROI across the organization
- Problem-solving maven, excellent troubleshooting skills
- Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent language skills in English and German
- Experience managing marketing agencies and freelancers
