**About the job**

You will join a highly motivated and supportive team, with a focus on monthly performance reviews and integrated business planning, comprising data collection from sales stakeholders, critical assessment and validation, proactive communication suggestions of measures, and overarching support of your business partners. With your annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, you will contribute to the global demand planning cycle. Ensuring transparency on business decisions and their impact on financial results also falls within the scope of this role.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Detailed performance analysis of our sales profit centers
- Provision of financial insights to key stakeholders
- Collection, validation, and processing of sales information
- Development and maintenance of PowerBI Dashboards with focus on financial data

**About You**

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar areas of relevance
- Or a commercial high school degree (HAK) plus relevant professional experience with a financial focus
- Data affinity and knowledge of MS Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and other analytic BI or planning tools

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German would be an asset

**Work Experience**
- First work experience (also internships) in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement or project roles

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 54.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority.
